tHe farm

The location is readily accessible to a large population.

Kilkivan is 50 km North West of Gympie, on the northern end of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The farm itself is 2.5 km out of Kilkivan.

The farm is 141 ha with adequate water for stock & crops.

  • The soils have now been treated with Biodynamic preparations since January 2014.

  • The soils are fertile and friable.

  • The landscape is beautiful and we already have some nice natural regeneration (Eucalyptus & Acacias) of the forest across the paddocks.

  • Infrastructure...many sheds, reticulated stock water, irrigation capability from stock water system, 2 houses and good fences.

  • Frontage to Wide Bay Creek, from which there is an irrigation license.
