The location is readily accessible to a large population.
Kilkivan is 50 km North West of Gympie, on the northern end of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The farm itself is 2.5 km out of Kilkivan.

The farm is 141 ha with adequate water for stock & crops.

The soils have now been treated with Biodynamic preparations since January 2014.

The soils are fertile and friable.

The landscape is beautiful and we already have some nice natural regeneration (Eucalyptus & Acacias) of the forest across the paddocks.

Infrastructure...many sheds, reticulated stock water, irrigation capability from stock water system, 2 houses and good fences.

Living facilities?
The farms has 2 houses. The first is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car, office and another room, swimming pool, ducted air conditioning, 2009 vintage house on concrete slab with verandah all-round.

The second house is a 3 bedroom, outside showers (2), composting toilets (2) on concrete slab with laundry tub. This house 1885 vintage (we love it).

What infrastructure?
The infrastructure mentioned above is mostly since 2005 so it is in good condition with little to spend here for running beef cattle.

This place went from dairy to beef/horses in 2005. By 2009, the steel frame sheds and new house went in and the place completely re-fenced.
